Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. vodram reserves the right to deny any return request. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns), no-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. For orders over US $99.00USD customers need to pay for return costs; for orders under US $99, shipping costs of return needn't be paid by customers. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
